Nie AnAn was baffled by his reaction.
According to the original novel, the deterioration of the relationship between the original owner and Huo YanXiao shouldn’t have happened until after this arc.
After all, up to this point, the original owner has only been chasing after Qin ZiMing. She has yet to negatively impact Huo YanXiao’s financial interest, nor has she betrayed him yet.

What’s with the discrepancies in the story arc?

She hadn’t expected the big villain boss to be so handsome and have such a hot body. Nie AnAn was speechless. So the original owner chose to ignore the class A hot guy right next to her and went to pursue that Qin ZiMing, who might be hot, but has no characters instead?
Why was that? Was it because of the male lead’s halo?
Right then, the elevator had arrived, and the two of them walked inside of it one after another.
