Chapter 55 - Your siblings are so lucky to have an older sister like you (1)

After getting the admission notice, Su Yu soon received her textbook from the Academic Affairs Office. Based on the cover, she thought the accounting material seemed pretty basic. She flipped through the textbook to look at the contents and was thrilled upon confirming that her guess was correct.

The current accounting methods were much simpler than the various accounting methods in the future. As long as she read over the textbook and memorized the key points, that would be enough for her to grasp this knowledge.

Fortunately, she hadn't been frittering away her time in the past. She had learned useful skills. Otherwise, she would have to be like the others now and toil the nights away, reading books under an oil lamp.

Su Xiaozhi and Su Dazhi had been waiting for her outside. Seeing her coming out, Su Xiaozhi immediately asked, "Sis, how did it go? Were you able to sign up?"

"Of course. Is there anything that I can't do?" It was rare for Su Yu to have the look of I'm-so-almighty. She had to let these guys know her power. Prestige was something that had to be gradually accumulated in an imperceptible manner.

Su Xiaozhi kissed up to Su Yu by carrying the textbook for her. He flipped through the textbook, but he didn't understand it at all. "Sis, this is so difficult. Can you learn this?"

Su Yu said with disdain, "Even if I can't learn it, I still have to learn it. It's all because you don't like to study. Sis is reading more books for your sake. If you don't understand anything in the future, ask me. That way you won't have to ask outsiders for help."

"Sis, you're so thoughtful." Su Xiaozhi smiled.. Fortunately, he had a good sister. If he had to read these books, he couldn't bear it.

Starting from tomorrow, Su Yu had to go to class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. All she had to do was show her class schedule to the factory, and the factory would adjust her work shifts to accommodate her class times.

"On Mondays and Wednesdays, Dazhi will send me to class. On Fridays, Xiaozhi will send me," Su Yu assigned them this task as if it was only right. It would be safer to have someone with her when she went out at night. She valued her life too much to take any risks. No matter the era, it was impossible for the streets to be devoid of criminals.  There were always a few people that took things too hard.

The two brothers quickly nodded. "Okay, Sis."

Su Xiaozhi said, "Sis, how about I send you to class more often. I don't have anything to do anyways."What if Bro and Sis developed a better relationship because he sent her to class more often? What would he do then?

Su Dazhi didn't dare to be lazy. "Let's follow Sis's arrangements." He had caused so much trouble at home, and Sis still protected him. If he doesn't perform well, Sis will definitely have a negative opinion of him.

Su Dazhi unwittingly felt that Sis was his support. At the critical moments, only she could protect him. He couldn't do without her. Even his wife, Liu Mei, had asked her older brothers to beat him up. She definitely didn't have a sincere heart towards him!

Su Yu was very satisfied with their proactive performance and looked at them in gratification. "That's enough, you guys will take turns. The one that gets off on the same work shift as me will also be able to eat out with me."

Su Dazhi and Su Xiaozhi gulped. Eating out with Sis would definitely be better than eating at home!

By the time the three returned, it was almost dark outside. They saw Su Lin squatting at the door.

Seeing them returning, Su Yu rushed over to them. "Sis, why did you guys come home so late? The food was done a while ago."

"I went to sign up for school. I'll be going to school too." Su Yu was in a good mood from signing up and smiled at Su Lin.

Su Lin was secretly a bit happy. "Sis, let's go eat."

Su Yu nodded and took the lead to enter their home. Just as she was about to put her stuff down, she was startled. There was someone sitting intheir home.

"Why are you here?!" Once Su Yu saw who the person was, she immediately stopped smiling.

Liu Mei struggled to hold on and said, "What's wrong with me returning to my husband's home? This is my home too."

Su Dazhi and Su Xiaozhi also walked in. Seeing Liu Mei, they also changed their expressions.

Su Xiaozhi retorted, "Sis already told you not to come back. Why did you come back? I've never seen anyone as thick-skinned as you."

"Su Xiaozhi, what's with your attitude? I'm your older sister-in-law!" Liu Mei angrily said.

"You won't be soon enough. My brother is going to divorce you." Su Xiaozhi turned his head and asked Su Dazhi, "Bro, isn't that right?"

Su Dazhi nodded.

Liu Mei: "..."

Su Yu put her backpack on the chair, sat down with one leg over the other one, and leaned back. "Little Lin, pour a cup of cold water."

Su Lin: "... Oh." She scurried to pour a cup of water and then placed the cup down on a table near Su Yu's hand.

Su Yu took a sip of water, and then she pointed behind her. "Dazhi, Xiaozhi, come here."

Su Xiaozhi and Su Dazhi immediately went to stand on both sides of her. They looked as if they were facing off a shared enemy.

Everyone was staring at Liu Mei, which unsettled her.
