I have a very Mary Sue theory. Listen to me here. Li Jinyuan’s from a decent family and Little Boss Huo, too, is quite wealthy, possibly a Second Generation Rich. Zhong Yuhuan probably has no shortage of money. I’ve heard that she only cost the production team 50% of what they normally would pay a guest. So she is probably rich. The type who are VIP wherever they go. They obviously know each other before they went on the show… would they all be from some prestigious family and possibly grew up together? Which would explain why Li Jinyuan and Huo Chengming would just follow Zhong Yuhuan around everywhere she went regardless of whether the cameras were on them.
